It’s not arabica. It’s not robusta. It’s a species all its own: Coffea Racemosa. And this time, we’re bringing you the same bean, three times, each with its own intricate roasting process; each revealing different intricacies and flavour notes to explore.

A previously unknown species of coffee, Racemosa remains an uncultivated varietal thought to be long lost but now rediscovered; meaning it tastes unlike any coffee you’ve ever known.
