Describing something as ‘the world’s rarest coffee’ is no small claim – but when it comes to Racemosa, it’s just about spot on.
The rarest coffee Truth Coffee has ever had the pleasure of releasing.
Racemosa and is one quarter the size of arabica and could be classified as uncultivated.
It has an unorthodox growing potential from bud to maturation of the fruit that lasts 8 – 12 weeks. While major facets of this coffee variety were almost lost to history due to the War of Independence that plagued Mozambique and left behind the remanence of active landmines, these East Coast growers are making inroads to piece it all back together.
