Sourced from the Miramar plot of Finca Los Nogales, El Salvador coffee is crafted by the Salaverriá family, sixth-generation producers blending tradition with innovation. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil at 1,300–1,800m, it undergoes an innovative anaerobic soaking process, enhancing its fruity complexity and complex acidity.

This rare micro-lot boasts vibrant notes of orange, mango, guava, and papaya, balanced by a syrupy sweetness and a whisper of whiskey. Carefully processed, El Salvador, Miramar, Los Nogales is a celebration of sustainable farming and refined flavour - a truly extraordinary speciality coffee.
