ICED IMMERSION BREW GUIDE

SERVES: 1-2 cups
BREW TIME: 5 minutes

YOU'LL NEED:
37.5 g of coffee (medium grind)
330 g hot water (94–96 °C)
170 g ice (for dilution and cooling)
Clever Dripper + filter + carafe
Scale + timer

METHOD:


  1. Grind 37.5 g of coffee.

  2. Preheat your Clever Dripper and carafe.

  3. Add 330 g of hot water (94–96 °C) into the brewer, then add the ground coffee.

  4. Mix well to ensure even saturation.

  5. Steep for 5 minutes.

  6. Place 170 g of ice into your carafe and release the brew onto the ice.

  7. Stir gently to incorporate any remaining ice.

  8. Serve over fresh ice and enjoy.
