From El Mirador, Palestina, Hulia, grown by Elkin Guzman, this Orange Bourbon experience a traditional and creative process. Using a tartaric acid wash exposes this Orange Bourbons exceptional flavour profile.

TASTE THE JOY - CLEVER DRIPPER

SERVES: 1-2 CUPS
BREW TIME: 4 MINUTES

YOU'LL NEED:
18g coffee (medium-coarse grind)
300g water (just off the boil, +-94°C)
Clever Dripper + Filter + Mug
Scale + Timer

METHOD:
Rinse Filter. Add coffee to the Clever.
Start Timer. Pour all 300g of water evenly over the grounds.
Stir gently to ensure full saturation.
Cover and steep for 2:30mins, place Clever on your mug and let it draw down (+-1min).
Swirl, sip and enjoy.
