Freshly roasted just for you! We will be roasting this special single origin every Tuesday. Packing will take place on a Wednesday, ready for dispatch on a Thursday, for overnight delivery to major centres. Last orders are to be received on the Monday prior to roasting. As an example, if you order on a Friday, your freshly roasted limited edition Combo Pack will be delivered the following Friday.

These highly sort after beans have been curated by our expert team, perfectly roasted and blended on our vintage roaster to deliver the best flavor this coffee has to offer, both as a single origin coffee as well as a blend that perfectly compliments the unique flavours of Daterra Full Bloom.

The Collection is the best coffee from the Daterra Coffee plantations. These coffees are wholly processed using the “Daterra Penta Process”. The coffees in this collection score 86 – 89, they are fully traceable and are highly sought after. It is an elegant and refined, entirely natural coffee that begins its journey at the peak of the harvest when the cherries are full of honey-like liquor. The beans start drying on the tree, then transferred in cherry to the patio until the honey is almost dissolved. The process is finished in the dryer to ensure consistent moisture content and stabilization of the beans. The ripe fruit aromatics and exotic flavors of stone fruits, blueberry and plum make for a succulent juicy mouthfeel reminiscent of a fine wine. Full-bodied with a clean caramel-fruity finish that smoothly rolls over the palate.
